For all services purchased from No.4, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

All customers are required to enter their card details when they book a paid service.

A 100% fee will be charged against the card details on file for customers that do not show up to their appointment.

A 50% fee will be charged against the card details on file for customers that cancel their appointments with less than 72 hours notice.

All colour services require a Consultation/Patch test a minimum of 48 hours before appointment. This can be booked via our booking app.
